Government funding for Canadian businesses to expand into international markets. Eligible expenses include, but are not limited to, B2B matchmaking, market research consulting, and marketing tools.
An export market qualifies for grant funding based on the following criteria: the applicant must attribute 10% or less of corporate sales or have less than $100,000 of sales in the region. This allows corporations to expand their sales into international markets where they lack a strong footing.
