  • Clean Conduit Inc, established in 2014, services the cleantech industry so they can further their innovative technologies and grow.  We provide trusted business and engineering consulting services that have gained the respect of the business community.  Our services advance key strategic goals and initiatives of our SME clients.  Often working directly with C-level executives, we take a leadership role in projects that are very important to them and we see them through to successful completion.

    The work we do is always changing depending on the needs of our clients.  In all cases, we're advancing the adoption and utilization of clean technologies, human wellbeing, and preservation of the natural environment in today's global economy.​  We currently have combined experience of approximately 15 years in each of the following areas: engineering, p[accounting/finance, business (strategy and sales), and graphic design.  We also excel in the area of information technology (IT).

  • Robert Bianchi, P. Eng

    President & CEO

    Robert Bianchi brings over two decades of multi-disciplinary expertise in the areas of business, sales, project management, manufacturing, and engineering for the public and private sectors. He is a trusted advisor and collaborator who provides solution-based knowledge to top-level leadership, helping them succeed in the face of stringent timelines, complex challenges, and extraordinary business landscapes.

    In 2014, Robert founded Clean Conduit Inc., a business and engineering consulting firm, which has gained the respect of the commercial, municipal, and industrial business and engineering community. He has participated in a variety of projects and initiatives acting as owner’s representative, project manager, construction site representative, procurement specialist, domestic and international sales agent, as well as other roles alongside Canadian, US and European leaders in innovation.

    As Director of Partnerships with the Advanced Energy Centre at MaRS Discovery District, Robert acted as liaison to the Ministry of Energy and was an advocate for the adoption of innovative technology in the domestic and international electricity sectors.

    As VP, Engineering at N-Viro Systems Canada LP (acquired by Walker Industries Holdings Ltd.), Robert played an instrumental role alongside a consortium of professional service providers to secure and deliver a $65M D-B-F-O-M municipal infrastructure project requisitioned by the City of Sudbury. The project carried an NPV of $110M over the term of the operating contract. It was completed on time and on budget and was awarded the Chuck Wills Award for Innovation and Excellence for Public-Private Partnerships. Robert also led the retrofit of an organic waste processing facility for which the Town of Banff qualified as a finalist to receive the prestigious 2014 Globe Award for Excellence in Urban Sustainability.

    Robert contributed to the explosive growth of BIOREM Technologies Inc. as Central and Western Regional Sales Manager and Senior Applications Specialist. During his four-year tenure, BIOREM doubled annual gross revenue in two fiscal years, was taken public on the TSX Venture exchange, and acquired the assets of Biocube LLC of Victor, New York.

    At Autosystems Manufacturing (acquired by Magna International), Robert held a dual role as account manager to General Motors (Dearborn, MI) and project manager to Visteon Automotive Systems (formerly Ford Motor Company). He assisted with delivery of lighting components for the first Ford Focus and Mazda Tribute sport utility vehicles. As part of this work, he identified a manufacturing deficiency which lead to significant, ongoing cost savings and improved product quality once it was resolved plantwide.

    Robert is a licensed professional engineer who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, mechanical engineering, from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He also holds a Certificate of Authorization issued by Professional Engineers Ontario.

  • Anne Marie Bianchi, CPA, CA

    Senior Project Manager

    Anne Marie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University.  Her career which spans almost 3 decades.

    She began her career aZittrerSiblin, Stein, Levine (acquired by Ernst & Young) conducting audits of businesses in manufacturing, small equipment leasing and servicingwholesale, and property management.  

    With a view to utilize her skills alongside her business education, she accepted another opportunity to be the Controller of a Steel Service Centre. It was in this role where she discovered her love for computer applications. She quickly learned the important role of technological systems and devices to ensure efficiency and productivity for all departments.  

    Her next move was to a telecom start-up where Anne Marie’s first task was to move the finance and accounting department from California, USA to Toronto, Canada. She worked alongside the Director of Finance to staff, train and establish procedures within the Toronto office.  

    Anne Marie is currently the co-owner of a metal fabricating manufacturer as well as the Senior Project Manager for Clean Conduit Inc.

  • James Edwardson


    James Edwardson will assist in fulfilling and expanding the strategic and business initiatives of Clean Conduit and its clients.  He brings more than two years of experience in finance and consulting.  With a passion for impact investing and sustainable finance, he is eager to help clients make more climate-conscious decisions.  He’s fascinated by the immense potential of clean technology and the generational impact it will have to create good in the world.
    Prior to CCI, he was a strategic finance analyst at Dream Industrial REIT, a leading Canadian real estate company that owns high-quality industrial properties across Canada, the U.S. and Europe. While at Dream, he helped raise over $826 million in capital and obtain a BBB credit rating by DBRS.  He previously worked at Smith Business Consulting where he provided high-value and high-impact consulting services to SME’s, not-for-profit, and public organizations in Kingston, Ontario.

    He is currently pursuing an MBA from the university of Fredericton focusing on consulting leadership and holds a bachelor of commerce (honours) from the Smith School of Business, with a certificate in social impact.  At Queen's, he was the finance lead for the Queen's Solar Design Team, where he helped established cash flow planning processes and financial reporting.

  • Alexa Tsokov


    Alexa is currently a University of Toronto student in her third year. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Psychology (BSc) with a double minor in Physiology and Biology. The intensities surrounding the University of Toronto lifestyle have outfitted Alexa with investigative and critical-thinking skills that are greatly valued in any professional setting.

    Alexa has experience in sales as well as in commercial business roles. From 2019 to 2021, Alexa has been a sales representative for many international beauty corporations, gaining experience in customer service and satisfaction. Furthermore, she was an executive assistant at Telco Steel Works from 2017-2018 where she was taught the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

    Alexa hopes to offer support in every day matters as well as provide insight into professional activities taking place around the office. She is looking forward to stepping out of her comfort zone and taking on new responsibilities. Alexa is looking forward to joining the incredible team at Clean Conduit Inc!

  • Jesse Lam


    Originally from Vancouver, Jesse is currently a mechanical engineering student at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Based on academic results to date, Jesse is on track to graduate with First Class Honours.

    After completing the third year of a four-year engineering degree, Jesse joined Clean Conduit, Inc. under the Queen’s Internship Program (QUIP). He will actively bring important problem solving and analytical skills to assist cleantech companies within Clean Conduit’s portfolio of clients.

    Jesse has gained experience working on a variety of engineering projects, including the creation of a presentation outlining how new technology designed to track energy output can be applied to the residential sector. The skills Jesse has gained from previous work experience paired with his academic endeavors make him well-prepared to address complex tasks and to articulate his ideas and solutions in variety of ways to satisfy specific needs.

    Jesse has a passion for clean technology, particularly renewable energy, and hopes to expand on his knowledge in this area, along with other relevant sectors, while completing his internship with Clean Conduit, Inc.

  • Erica Daly


    Erica is a recent graduate of McMaster University where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Integrated Business and Humanities (IBH) with distinction. She also minored in Sustainability and Innovation. Her graduating class was the inaugural cohort of the IBH program. She is now pursuing a Masters of Environment and Sustainability at Western University.

    Through her undergraduate studies Erica brings experience working with diverse stakeholders in both the private and public sector to strategize and develop business plans geared towards sustainable change. As a result, she has developed strong collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills. In addition, Erica has spent the past three summers working operational roles for a large financial institution, where she has gained a deep understanding of the importance of organization, communication, and teamwork. Here, she also spent time as a member of the Environment and Sustainability Employee Resource Group allowing her to see firsthand, and take part in, the efforts that large corporations are making towards a more sustainable future.

    With a unique interdisciplinary academic background as well as her various work experiences, Erica is a strong believer in big picture thinking in combination with high attention to detail, especially as it pertains to problem solving and innovation in the general field of sustainability. She is passionate about learning and is looking forward to gaining further knowledge during her time with Clean Conduit Inc.

  • Sandra Leutri


    Sandra Leutri will be assisting the Clean Conduit team with any and all matters pertaining to business and client deliverables. She holds a Commerce degree from Ryerson University in Toronto and is currently enrolled in a Master of Environment and Sustainability at Western University in London, Ontario.

     Sandra brings four years’ experience in the social impact sector. For one of which she was based in Accra, Ghana working with Engineers Without Borders Canada.  Her role was to assess local social start-ups to determine financial and human capital investment needs, while helping to scale operations. Following this, for the past three years, Sandra acted as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at Second Harvest, Canada's largest food recovery charity.  She worked closely with corporations from every industry to achieve their charitable engagement goals, raising over $577,000 for Second Harvest, further enabling them to continue to prevent food waste while providing for Canadians in need. 

    Sandra's domestic and international work experience paired with her undergraduate and post-graduate studies makes her well-prepared to serve the needs of organizations that come to Clean Conduit for solutions to grow responsibly!

  • Liam Murray


    Liam is currently in his final year at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario completing a degree in Applied Mathematics and Engineering with a focus on systems and robotics. Throughout this degree, he has honed his problem-solving skills and developed strong background knowledge in electrical and computing engineering, with parallels to various financial concepts. His thesis focused on sustainable investing using a Markov Decision Process model to design a reinvestment learning algorithm that invests in equities based on maximizing profit while considering corporate ESG scores.

    Liam’s professional experience as an RDN Onboarding Service Analyst has strengthened his business acumen through interactions with Queen’s University faculty and facilitation of their technological and web-based needs.  Moreover, as the Business Manager for Golden Words newspaper, he has exercised his budgeting skills and taken initiatives to create new revenue streams for the company.

    As a highly analytical and driven individual, Liam is constantly looking to undertake the next big project. With his passion for environmental sustainability along with his strong collaboration and communication skills, Liam is excited to engage with clients on a personal level to provide the best possible service.
